It’s one or the other with body care: everyone either overdoes everything or just does nothing. People go on a buying spree of whatever they’re attracted to, or they try out other people’s methods and follow other people’s trends. Neither of these is ever going to give you any good results. The fact is simple and undeniable: for a good body care routine, quantity is not the key, consistency and the right approach is.

It seems easy, but there are a lot of tricks that you can do for a body care routine which will actually work in practice.

  1. Know Your Skin First

In order to know what to use, you need to know what your skin is about. Is it dry? Do you have irritation in the skin? Does it require intensive moisturisation? Exfoliation? Healing?
